The customer had an old cedar deck and rails that they wanted to change to a low maintenance deck. The old rails and deck was removed. A new carrying beam was added to support the deck better. The joist was cover with flashing and the new Timbertech Tigerwood deck was put down with hidden fasteners. The new railing are Intex pvc railings
